Binoj Vasu has been elevated as Country Head -Business HR at Yes Bank. He will be Heading HR pan-Bank for all functions – Retail Banking, Wholesale Banking, and Support Functions.
He confirmed this development through a social media post stating, “I’m happy to share that I have moved into a new elevated position as the Country Head – Business HR at YES BANK, leading HR for all functions across the entire Organization.”

Binoj has been with the Bank for about seven years and held various positions, and recently as HR-Head -Retail banking and Head Talent Management.
Binoj has close to three decades of rich and varied work experience. He has worked in leadership roles across various parts of the Human Resources domain, including Business HR, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Talent Engagement, and Talent Acquisition. He also has a firm grounding in Business & Organization Management, having successfully led an Edtech and Mentoring start-up as the CEO.
