Supreme Court in Creative Garments Ltd. vs. Kashiram Verma MANU/SC/0246/2023on March 16, 2023 issued a direction to the effect that in all pending cases and cases to be filed in future, the parties to the disputes shall be required to furnish their permanent address(es). The Court further held that even if the representative of the workman is appearing, the said representative shall furnish permanent address of the workman as welland merely mentioning through labour union or authorised representatives will not be sufficient.
