Women Have Made Significant Strides Despite Obstacles

What are the most significant challenges/barriers that women face in today’s workplace? What has been your experience?

VB Women in today`s workplace encounter a variety of significant challenges that hinder their professional growth and advancement. These barriers include systemic issues such as the gender pay gap, workplace harassment, and the struggle for representation in leadership roles. At times they also go through, imposter syndrome, leading to self-doubt and feelings of inadequacy. This psychological barrier can hinder their confidence and willingness to pursue leadership roles, as they may feel they need to prove themselves more than their male counterparts. Persistent stereotypes about gender roles continue to affect women`s experiences in the workplace.

And, I also feel at times, it happens with me as well, when I go for Big Projects in other locations that include Bulk Hiring. So still being in a senior position I feel that task is preferred to be done by some other head like Business or Operations. Persistent...
