How do you define the leadership traits one must have for addressing future challenges and needs? What kind of new set of critical skills modern leaders should embrace to remain relevant?
AW Some fundamental leadership skills are time tested and will remain relevant no matter what eg: Strategic mindset, People Management, Inspiring Vision, etc. However, the future will require us to lead differently today. Leadership skills that will be paramount would be leading diverse multi-cultural, multi-generational teams, making decisions even in an ambiguous environment, following an inclusive style while leading teams, Keep the 4 P’s (Planet, Purpose, People and Profits) in mind as we set our company’s goals, and create meaning for people in the organisation.
