Wesley Vestal Joins CAI as VP Human Resources and CHRO-elect

Wesley Vestal has joined CAI as Vice President Human Resources and CHRO-elect. Our global team of HR professionals ensures CAI’s owner agents have the support and tools they need to be successful.

He has confirmed this development through a social media post.

Prior to this appointment, Wesley was associated as Principal with Right Things Right Consulting for than 1.7 years.

Wesley has An HR Professional with 30+ years, as an accomplished human resources executive, I am known for my ability to create simple, pragmatic, and effective human capital management programs that align with business strategy and the associated technology to deliver to plan. I provide broad U.S. and international experience focused on partnering with executive leaders to solve challenging issues and prepare organizations for the future.

Since 2016, I have served as a Corporate Fellow at the University of Houston Downtown, Marilyn Davies College of Business, where I co-teach the UH Downtown MBA program’s leadership and talent management courses along with Dr. Whitney Morgan, to help MBA students understand the criticality of leadership and how to develop performance management processes that drive fantastic outcomes.

Wesley Vestal has also worked with University of Houston-Downtown College of Business, Elsmere Education, Weatherford, KBR Inc., Baker Hughes, APQC and United Way of the Texas Gulf Coast.
