Volvo Group India elevates Radhika Nair as head of people & culture

Volvo Group has promoted Radhika Nair as the Head of People & Culture for India, effective 1st July.

Radhika has been with the group since 2021. Before this promotion she was looking after the HR Function  as Vice President of P&C for Global Vehicle Technology and Head of People and Culture at Volvo’s Technology Centre in Bangalore.

With over two decades of experience, in her new position, Radhika will oversee the entire People & Culture function, including Rewards, Labour & Employee Relations, Talent Strategy, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, International Mobility, and Learning & Development. She will also join the India Country Management & Leadership Team. She has a proven track record in developing and executing talent strategies aligned with business goals.

On this promotion, Radhika stated, “I am thrilled to lead People & Culture in India. I aim to foster an inclusive, innovative, and high-performance culture to drive our growth. Our people are our greatest asset, and I am committed to their growth, engagement, and well-being.”
