Vishal is a Human Resource Professional with 20+ years of work experience spread across various HR functions including Corporate HR, Business HR, Employee Engagement, Organization Transformation, Performance Management, Organization Development, HRIS, SAP HR, HR Audits, Internal Communication, Employee Relations, Knowledge Management, HR Analytics, Benchmarking of HR Practices and Policies, Employee Retention, HR Strategy, Employer Branding and Campus Placements.
