Vinod Rai has joined Orient Papers and Industries Ltd (CK Birla Group) as Chief Human Resources Officer.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Prior to this appointment, Vinod Rai was associated with Maruti Suzuki India Limited as Head Human Resources for about 13 years.

Vinod Rai is passionate HR practitioner with 25+ years of domain experience working with Leading organization. He has held different roles across a portfolio of HR Operations, had extensively worked in HR Transformation, Building Industrial Relation Capability, Enhancing Employee Engagement, Key Talent Retention, attracting Flexible Workforce & HR Digitization.
Vinod Rai has also worked with Jubilant Life Science Ltd. and Panacea Biotec among others.
