Vikram Kaul has joined Leadec as the Human Resource Director and CPO India.
With over 22 years of experience in various industries, including Pharmaceuticals, Telecom, Retail, Facilities Management and Real Estate, Vikram brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Leadec and will be Executive Director for the Management Board in India.
In his new role, Vikram will be overseeing recruitment, retention, and development of employees, managing compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with labour laws. He will also be responsible for the function that looks after General Administration and Office Facilities across the country.

Vikram is a dynamic HR professional who has worked with Compass Group India, Cushman & Wakefield, G4S, Zenica Group India and other companies. He has a proven track record of managing and facilitating all aspects of Talent Acquisition, Talent/Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Organizational Development while directly partnering with executive leadership.
