Vikas Bansal has joined Aadhar Housing Finance as CHRO. In his new role, Bansal will oversee various functions within the company, including HR, CSR and Admin.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Prior to this appointment, Vikas was associated with Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance for Seven years as CHRO.
With over 23 years of HR experience going across the entire gamut of the function, Vikas has Handled HR intervention for diverse workforce across multiple industries, functions and geographies. His gained vast experience with leading strategy, change management and operational excellence and HR business partner in leadership roles, ranging from partnering in building high growth business for multiple startups to managing projects which involved global teams. He also gained cross-cultural exposure developed through an international assignment and global role; as well as global projects
Vikas as also worked with Unilever RUS, Hindustan Unilever, Unilever Asia Private Limited, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories and Hero Honda.
