Vijay Bajpai has joined Symbiotec Pharmalab as Chief Human Resource Officer.
Vijay has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Prior to this appointment Bajpai was associated with Lupin as Head-HR for more than three years.

An Experienced HR Professional having 23+ years of rich professional experience with a demonstrated history of working with various MNCs & Indian large scale manufacturing industries, Vijay has vast Exposure in setting up green field Projects and amalgamations of global ventures while coordinating with overseas employees as well as on site stakeholders in the core of Human Resource Operations, PMS, Managing change management & Employee Life Cycle with Competency mapping, Employee Relation, various compliances, Comp. & Ben. , Reward & Recognition, Employee Engagement, Government Liaison, Statutory Compliance, Prevailing various Labour Laws & Acts, Real Estate & Related court cases, Fleet Management spread across the India, Corporate Social Responsibility.
With a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad Vijay has also worked with Baxter International, Bayer Crop Science, Moser Baer and SIS India.
