Viekas K Khokha has joined Sharda Motor Industries as the Senior Vice President (SVP) and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Prior to this appointment, Viekas was associated with Dhanuka Agritech September as CHRO for about three years.

At Dhanuka, Viekas led Human Resources fuction across Market Commercial Operations, Innovation R&D, Corporate Business Services and Factories located across multiple locations across India. As part of the India Management Team, he spearheaded the people and talent agenda to support business growth and enable Dhanuka in its transformation journey as an Agriculture Technology Input leader to get closer to its commitment of “Transforming India through Agriculture”.
Viekas has an exciting career journey as an experienced CHRO with Management Consulting and P&L/Business Leadership experience in top MNCs and large Indian organisations. He has significant exposure especially in emerging technology focussed industries and experience of working in multicultural settings having an exposure into diverse industries like Technology, Automation, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Chemicals & Fertilizers with FORTUNE 500 industry leaders. Viekas is passionate about developing leaders, driving innovation and delivering results handled large workforce upto 5000 people.
With having more than 20 years of experience, Viekas has also worked with Upgrad, Zimmer Biomet, Bharti Airtel and Ascom.
