Vidhu Arora has joined Tasty Bite Eatables Ltd. (TBEL), the Mars Foods acquired brand, as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
She has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Before this appointment, Vidhu Arora was associated with Gap Inc. as Head of Talent & Organization Development, APAC. Previously, she served at PepsiCo for more than six years, most recently as Transformation Manager working on Organisational resturcting and design.

She is senior HR Professional with over 15+ years of experience in Result-driven with strong track record of delivering top performance in managing organization change, translating business vision into talent strategy, and impact culture through grassroots consensus building.
She possesses diverse experience in both business partnering and specialist roles, delivered global roles managing multiple geographies in Asia & Middle East Region based out of India and Hong Kong, and able to devise and implement coherent HR strategies while improving internal processes and procedures in a demanding environment, project deadlines and budgets.
