Geetanjali Sethi, former Vice President- Legal & Risk of LegalPay has quit the start up LegalPay Technology Private Limited to pursue her expertise independently. She had served her Resignation in November 2021 and has now parted ways with this start up.
Confirming the development to Business Manager, Geetanjali Sethi said, “I truly value the professional association with this start up. I however, now need to focus on some major and intricate corporate work assignments, transactional work, corporate advisory work, mediations and arbitration assignments which are my forte, expertise and passion. Most importantly, I want to utilize my wide experience and potentialities to the fullest. I am thrilled and excited about this career move. I thank my parents and colleagues at the bar for all their good wishes, without which this could not have been true.”
Ms. Sethi has been a Topper in her LL.B. She has done two post graduations, in Cyber Laws and Business Laws from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad and NLSIU, Bangalore respectively. Sethi is a distinguished Dispute Resolution lawyer with more than a decade of experience into litigation, arbitration and corporate advisory work. She is IIAM Accredited Mediator and a Certified and Empaneled Arbitrator on the panel of IIAM.
Geetanjali Sethi started her legal career with distinguished legal luminary Late Mr. Ram Jethmalani. She has been associated with leading law firms and law offices of India including L&L Partners Law Offices.
