Veefin Group, a company engaged in the business of money management and working capital, has announced the appointment of Gitesh Karnik as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Before this appointment, Gitesh was associated with Nearby Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as Chief People Officer.
In his role, Karnik will work on improving how the company engages its employees and helps them perform better. According to a company press release, Karnik is focused on creating strong performance systems, developing workplaces where employees feel engaged, and driving important HR projects.

Gitesh with over 20 years of experience has exposure to gamut of HR best practices & Technology evangelist across different sectors such IT/ITes/BFSI/Retail/Real Estate/Hospitality.
He has Worked with large Multinationals & Indian Corporates including Tata Capital, Magna Fincorp, Hicare Services and e-Nxt Financials Limited-TATA Enterprise among others at Sr. Management positions leading transformation & change management projects impacting business outcomes & enhancing employee connect.
