Vandana Kapur has joined Carlsberg India as the Vice President – Human Resources.
At Carlsberg, Vandana will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of human capital at Carlsberg India. She will focus on organization effectiveness, talent management, and strengthening of our DE&I, amongst other critical responsibilities.
Vandana, with a career spanning over 22 years brings with her extensive experience of leading multicultural teams that delivered profitable business growth, developed a high-performing culture, and successfully led leadership coaching programs.
