Valeur Fabtex has appointed Dr. Debjani Roy as Chief Human Resource Officer.
She has confirmed this development through a social media post stating, “I’m excited to start my new job Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) of Valeur Fabtex, an organisation creating excellence in the area of Skill Building & Leadership Development. Also with plans to make forays in the education sector.”
Before this appointment, Debjani was associated with Mind Your Fleet (Kromozones Software Pvt. Ltd.) as Chief HR Officer (As Advisor).

Debjani is a HR Professional with around 30 years of Corporate experience, with an established reputation of providing transformative people leadership across. She has handled all aspects of HR including IR, Recruitment, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Policy, Operations, Divestment, Cross-cultural workforce, Diversity, Gender & Inclusion and HR Shared Services. She has also been the champion for CSR in many of the companies she has worked in.
Debjani gained extensive cross-cultural and cross-border experience in dealing with different Nationalities.
Debjani has also worked with Wind Beneath, SRL Diagnostics, Kuoni Travel Group, Piccadily Group of Industries, Bentley Systems, HCL Technologies, Bharti Telecom, and National Aluminium Company Limited.
