They have a strong desire for work-life balance. They like the challenge of measuring oneself against someone else since they are accustomed to competition. Although it is not difficult to operate in a team atmosphere, many young employees prefer to focus on their own tasks as much as they can. GenZers can demonstrate their talents and abilities to potential employers by working independently. They are continuously changing the jobs and employers they choose.
