We all know someone who is dealing or has dealt with mental health issues. Depression, Anxiety, Panic attacks, Anorexia nervosa, Substance abuse, Schizophrenia, OCD, Insomnia, Bipolar to name a few.
It’s unfortunate but what’s worse is that most people do not how to address these issues or how to even talk to people who are suffering, let alone comfort them.
