Conflict in the workplace is a very common phenomenon. In organisation, from CEOs to associate-level employees get into conflict. Workplace conflict can happen between two employees or a group of employees, between a leader and an individual employee or a team, and between two leaders. Workplace conflicts are often rooted in a complex relationship of individual, interpersonal, and organisational factors.
