Transaction Analysis in the modern era: A career depicting revolt of ego states in Gen Z and Baby Boomers
The most effective way to derive an outcome would be with the parent mode of the Baby Boomers and the adult mode of the Zoomers. If a cross transaction of other ego states occurs, then the communication mode will be ineffective and both parties may end up with un-orderly work practices.

Transactional analysis (TA) is used for surface-level problem-solving in everyday life. The ego state, defined by Berne, is the system that is accompanied by behaviour patterns relative to feelings. The explosion of interests in the generational career shifts diversified in the modern era. Their career patterns and priorities are molded in a way where the communication between the generation’s career identification, work values, locus of control, ego shifts, job and organisational changes are observed within the organisation.

Career pathways in an organisation between Gen Z’s and Baby Boomers :

Managing this age diversity is directly linked to career shifts.
