RP The new age HR has a big role to integrate talent, technology and transformation at a master plan level and add business plus social value. Let me elaborate :

A) Firstly, it needs to champion the cause of large-scale transformation and change across. The HR leadership and team should acquire this skill and deepen the practice of change day over day.

B) Converge the business strategy with the people strategy and align with the enterprise objectives completely. They need to complement one another.

C) Provide decision making support system to the leadership which is fully data backed and ensure availability of analytics.
