We all know that the biggest barrier for any transformation is the resistance to change and the current pandemic, even though inadvertently, has brought the urgency for that much needed change in organisations. History has taught us that during times of recession, job security or continuity of Job stability becomes more important in the minds of employees than salary & benefits.
