He brings 25 years of experience in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relationships across Textile, Manufacturing, Heavy Engineering, Defense & Aerospace, and Shipbuilding Industries.
Thilak has also worked with Revathi Equipment Ltd., Mehala Machines India Ltd., Kongarar Cotton And Synthetics Ltd., Terra Agro Technologies Ltd., and Anamalais Agencies Limited.
