There are many leaders who believe in single specialization and when I look at your profile it’s very interesting to know that you have been highly successful in entrepreneurial venture, you have been into consulting, teaching, researching, coaching and catering to various facets of HRD/OD and related dynamics and now being back into a senior corporate role, what this journey means to you?
SN There is a merit in specialization. My offerings also fall into a certain speciality bucket. Interestingly, for me opportunities have always come my way, every time, in a new and exciting form. I realise now that being open to whatever comes my way, when I meet people and get to know the things they are engaged with – maybe a book they are reading, some work they are doing for their own growth, etc.
I get very curious and explore further in that space. This further leads to newer connections, new ideas and newer areas of offerings. It’s all a cycle for me. And every time I learn something...
