Tata Steel management has elevated Vipin Sharma to the position of Chief Talent Management.
Vipin has confirmed this development through a social media post stating.
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Talent Management at Tata Steel”.

Before this promotion, Sharma was working as Head of Talent Acquisition with the company. He joined the company in 2010 as HR manager.
A mechanical engineer and an MBA in HR from the Management Development Institute, Sharma has been associated with the company from last 14 years.
