According to Gartner for HR Report 2022, with a survey done across 60 countries with 500 plus HR leaders as respondents (39% as CHROs/Heads of HR covered) what is driving the top priorities for HR leaders in 2022 is increasing turnover because of increasing competition for talent. 48% of HR leaders indicated they were significantly concerned about it while 43% of HR leaders indicated they were somewhat concerned.

It is common fact that organisations spend large amounts on recruitment, engagement and training employees. Longer the talent gets retained; more will be the turnover cost.
