Syed Kaleem Raja joins Datametica as Global Head- HR

Syed Kaleem Raza has been appointed as Global Head -HR by Datametica.

Datametica is a global leader in data warehouse migration and modernization to the cloud.

Saleem was associated with the company as Freelance Global Tal Acquisition head for about one and a half year and then taken up the full time role as senior Director and global Head Human Resources. He will be responsible for HR Operations, Learning & Development, Internal Communication, Compensation & Benefits and Talent Acquisition.

With  30 years of recruiting experience in Technology Hiring for IT Services, Product Development & GICs, BFSI, Telecom, Pharma & Engineering Services. Lead and managed multiple geographies, large teams of 50 to 120 and managed budget from US $ 2 Million to 5 Million,  Saleem is Human Resource Specialist with execution excellence, strong in building and sustaining hiring solutions that are aligned in achieving the business objective of the organization.

Initially as an entrepreneur  Saleem ran a boutique placement firm and founded Wurth Management Group in New Delhi.  Then he Joined the corporate world and grew to head the recruitment functions. He spent 20 years in Corporate Recruitment & Talent Acquisition. with Korn Ferry International, Fiserv Inc., Deutsche Bank, Persistent Systems, Cap Gemini Ernst and Young, Mahindra British Telecom (which is TechM)).  He has been a growth focused professional, with diversified executive experience spanning in hiring across all career levels from Campus to CxO’s.
