Swapna Allapur has joined global research firm Everest Group as Chief People Officer at Bengaluru.
Prior to this appointment Swapna was associated with The Nudge Foundation for a short stint. Her large span of career has been with Deloitte for more than a decade in multiple senior roles.
A global HR leader with extensive experience as HRBP, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Change Management, Organization Development, Employee Relations, Shared Services, Global Mobility and Digital Transformation Swapna has lead teams across diverse cultural landscapes, high matrix structures and at ease collaborating with executive leadership globally.
In her new role, she would be responsible for the human resources strategy and operations.
