Sumit Sabharwal has joined VOIS (Vodafone Intelligent Solutions) as Head of HR Services.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
As the Head of HR Services, His role is to enable the HR strategy and ensuring day to day excellence across all key HR processes. In addition, he is also responsible to oversee centers of expertise offering learning and development, business partnering and resourcing services to our local markets. His Key responsibility is to deliver a robust world-class HR services environment, and to advance the HR strategy for Vodafone Group and work closely with the Group HR Director of Vodafone Group Functions and other key members of the global HR leadership team.

Prior to this appointment Sumit was associated with Fujitsu as VP, Head of HR Shared Services, Fujitsu International Regions.
With 20+ years of expertise in HR strategy and digital transformation, Sumit has led multi-year enterprise programs across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, and APAC. He is at the forefront of HR’s digital evolution, transforming traditional processes into an AI-led, automation-first ecosystem that operates at unparalleled scale and precision.
Sumit has also worked with Huawei and DELL.
He holds an MBA from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor of Information Systems (BIS) from GGSIPU.
