SUJIT KUMAR has joined Synergy Steels Ltd. as Assistant Vice President – Human Resource on 8th October 2022 and is heading HR function of two of its manufacturing facilities located at MIA, Alwar (Rajasthan).
Prior to this appointment Mr. Kumar was associated as Head Human Resource with Noida based Pre- Engineered Building company M/s Interarch Building Products Pvt. Ltd.

With around 24 years of rich professional experience in managing Human Resource function, Sujit brings expertise in managing Talent Management, Performance Management, Digital HR Technology, Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist areas.
He has extensive experience in managing people, processes, leadership, business partnering across various industries including IT/Non IT/ Pharma/Cement/Automobiles/Steel etc.
Previously Sujit has worked with organization of repute like KPMG India/Jindal Stainless/Thermo Fisher/Ultratech Cement/Dabur Pharma/Moser Baer.
