Sugam Group, a Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage company, has appointed Bhavnesh Bhat as its Group Chief Human Resources Officer for the SAARC region.
Before joining Sugam Group, Bhavnesh was associated with RippleHR Global Consulting as Chief of HR and Strategy.
As the group CHRO, Bhavnesh has been assigned to lead the Sugam Group’s HR functions for all its five entities, according to a statement.

With 19 years of experience in different facets of Human Resources Bhavesh gained expertise in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Change Management, and Culture Transformation.
As a strategic advisor to business, he has developed comprehensive skills, competencies& expertise in HR and organizational aspects. He has been responsible for defining strategies within HR, Talent Management, CXO level hiring, Talent Development, Communication of HR strategy, Rewards & Recognition, Performance Management, Culture Transformation, Change Management, Leadership and Organization Development. Engaging in these strategic projects has enabled Bhavnesh to understand various intricacies of the business, extending beyond the realm of HR.
MBA from IMT Ghaziabad and (MDP) from XLRI Jamshedpur, Bhavesh has also worked with Ramco Systems and Jabong, TravelDhoom, Tulip Telecom among others.
