Sudhir Kulkarni has joined Bridgestone India as Executive Director – Human Resource.
He has confirmed this development to Business Manager.
Prior to this appointment, Sudhir Kulkarni was associated with CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited as Vice President HR (Head HR CG group).
Sudhir has over 30 years’ experience at multinational companies. He has 24 years experience in partnering with various Global HR Consultants in designing various HR processes & systems at a Group Business level. He has traveled extensively overseas and handled global assignments.

He has shouldered HR responsibilities for the organizations having different philosophy, culture and business challenges. He had the opportunity to work in country, regional and global roles; in businesses across different industries and organizations at different stages of their life cycle. These experiences have enabled him develop into a creative and result oriented HR professional.
He has key strengths in Human Resource Management with particular strengths in organization restructuring, change management, organization development and Merger & Acquisition.
Sudhir has been associated previously With Tata BlueScope Steel Ltd., Sulzer India Ltd. and Cummins Generators Technology where he was contributing in strategic capabilities being part of core Management Committee Member and has been actively involved in the core business processes, Corporate communications/audits apart from core HR activities. He has extensive organisational change management experience, including mergers and acquisitions, executive talent development and strategic industrial relations.
Sudhir has done Masters in Management from University of Pune with Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has completed Executive Development Program and Advanced HRM from IIM, Ahmadabad. He is certified 16PF professional.
