Subrata Kumar Saha has joined the prestigious AmbujaNeotia Group as Head of HR & Sr. General Manager – Human Resources of their real estate division.
AmbujaNeotia Group is a prominent Indian conglomerate with diverse interests in real estate, hospitality, healthcare, and education.
In his previous role Subrata was with The Times of India as Asst General Manager – Human Resources. He had also worked with Infosys Technologies Ltd.

He is an HR Leader with rich experience in establishing & developing HR Processes and contributing to productivity, culture and cost savings initiatives with focus on overall organizational development, change management, business excellence and transformation in a matrix structure. He is Quick-learner coupled with interpersonal and collaborative skills & have strong business acumen in facilitating harmonious work culture with management & employees.
He holds a degree in HRM&LR from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. In recent past he was presented “Top HR Minds” award by World HRD congress and “Outstanding Leadership in HR” award by the School of Design & Media. He loves travelling, painting, cooking, gardening and collecting coins.
