Subhransu Mohanty has joined Interarch Building Product as Vice President-Human resources.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Prior to this appointment, Subhransu was associated with Everest Industries Limited as Head HR for more than nine years.

With 26+ years of rich & extensive experience in leading HR Business Process Design & Implementation, Strategic HR Operations, Networking, Client Servicing, People Management and Audits & Compliance while working with reputed organisations, Subhransu has effectively managed competing priorities & projects across the career entailing creation and set-up of new HR processes & automation solution offerings in partnership with BU Leaders /Technical Teams & Other Stakeholders.
Subhransu has effectively balanced the needs of employee with the mission of the organisation. He possesses sound business acumen and expertise in developing, recommending & implementing HR strategies; collaborating for effective business delivery, ensuring proper staffing and developing & conducting tailor-made training programs on Leadership Development and Business Excellence for all levels.
He has also worked with Kirloskar Oil Engines, Endurance Technologies, Tata Autocomp and RBS Transmissions.
