Subhasis Mishra has joined Schneider Electric as Vice President – Human Resources.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
In his new role, he will be leading HR function at Global R&D Org and Digital Org in India, leading a team of HR Business Partners to develop & execute HR strategies for the organizations partnering with business leaders in India & globally.
Before this appointment, Subhasis was associated with SVP India as Partner, Bengaluru Chapter.

With 25 years of experience as a Global HR and Talent Leader, Subhasis has worked across Consumer Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Retail sectors in Fortune 50 companies throughout Asia Pacific and North America. His expertise spans attracting, developing, and engaging diverse talent, as well as building and scaling dynamic organizations. He led talented and diverse HR and TA teams worldwide while partnering with senior business leaders to grow companies at various stages, from early-stage businesses to mature enterprises.
An alumnus of Xavier Institute of Management (XIM Bhubaneswar), Subhasis has also worked with Amazon, Target, The Walt Disney Studios, Star TV, and Prudential ICICI Asset Management Company.
