Subeer Bakshi has joined PocketFM as Head of People & culture. Welcoming the appointment of Subeer the entertainment provider company in a social media post said, “ Excited to welcome Subeer Bakshi as our Head of People & Culture at PocketFM! With two decades of global experience in building high-performing teams, Subeer is set to lead our hyper-growth journey.”
In his new role, he will spearhead people processes and culture, enabling the global expansion of the audio series platform.

Prior to this appointment, Subeer was associated as Head – Talent Strategy with PhonePe for about two years.
With having more than 21 years of rich professional experience, Subeer has gained expertise, in HR tech, rewards, analytics, communication, talent strategy, HR operations, talent acquisition, consulting, leadership development, HCM advisory, employee engagement and culture.
Subeer has also worked with Bajaj Finserve, Willis Towers Watson, KPMG, Aon, Mercer and cognizant.
