Smriti Khanna joins WOW Skin Science as Vice President - Human Resources

Leading D2C beauty and wellness brandWOW Skin Science has appointed Smriti Khanna as the Vice President – Human Resources, where she will be spearheading the talent management, recruitment and people operations team. Her primary responsibilities will involve devising people strategies, strengthening WOW’s organizational culture, employer brand building, along with performance and people development.

Prior to joining WOW, Smriti worked with well-known organizations like Livspace, Airtel, Nestlé etc. Over her 9 years as a HR leader, she has rich experience in start-ups, e-commerce, D2C, FMCG and telecom. During her time in Livspace, Smriti served as AVP HR Business Partner for India operations. A large portion of her responsibilities included people programs that covered employee experience and performance, DEI initiatives, and change management.

Smriti has also worked as an independent consultant for incubation stage startups. Besides this, she briefly assisted the FSSAI in 2017 in developing and launching some of their HR initiatives and processes.
