With SMFG India Credit, Gaurav has worked for about two years and was holding the position of Head HR-operations, compensation and governance before the elevation.
Gaurav is deeply immersed in the realms of HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Compensation, Benefits, Learning & Development, and HR System Implementation. His impactful footprint spans diverse industries such as ITeS, Recruitment Services, Financial Services, and Manufacturing/Automotive.

With over 19 years of experience across sectors like financial services, manufacturing & automobiles Gaurav’s strategic acumen shines through his adeptness in tailoring Talent Management and Development strategies to fit the unique life cycle stages of organizations.
