SMFG India Credit elevates Gaurav Terdal as CHRO

SMFG India Credit Co. Ltd. has elevated  Gaurav Terdal as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

With SMFG India Credit, Gaurav has worked for about two years and was holding the position of Head HR-operations, compensation and governance before the elevation.

Gaurav is deeply immersed in the realms of HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Compensation, Benefits, Learning & Development, and HR System Implementation. His impactful footprint spans diverse industries such as ITeS, Recruitment Services, Financial Services, and Manufacturing/Automotive.

With over 19 years of experience across sectors like financial services, manufacturing & automobiles Gaurav’s strategic acumen shines through his adeptness in tailoring Talent Management and Development strategies to fit the unique life cycle stages of organizations. His extensive exposure to large conglomerates equips him with the expertise to strike a harmonious equilibrium between the collective group objectives and the distinctive essence of individual entities.
