Simantika Mukherjee joins Tribeca Developers as CHRO

Simantika Mukherjee has joined Tribeca, a branded luxury developer in India as Chief Human Resources Officer.

She has confirmed this development through a social media post.

Before this appointment, Simantika was associated with Tata Realty as Assistant Vice President for about eight years where she spearheaded the west region for Tata Housing, driving successful HR strategies contributing to business success.

In her new role at Tribeca, Simantika will drive the development and implementation of the Group’s HR strategy and programs, emphasising the company’s commitment to fostering innovation, individual growth, and organisational development.

Kalpesh Mehta, founder of Tribeca, said, “Simantika brings an ideal combination of HR leadership experience and a strong understanding of the real estate industry. Masters in Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management and has certifications in Lumina Spark Assessment, Simantika has more than 15 years of experience in human resource management with global organisations including SBI General Insurance and Wipro Technologies.
