Siemens India has promoted Shruti Malhotra as the New Head of Talent and Organisation.
Shruti has confirmed this development through a social media post saying, “Happy & grateful to share that I have taken over my new role as Head of Talent and Organization at Siemens India this week. My heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has been a part of my journey and for the constant support and encouragement all along.”

Shruti, has been working with Siemens since 2022, worked in different positions, and recently before this promotion worked as head of learning and growth in India.
With close to two decades of professional experience, and a seasoned Human Resources Leader, Shriti has led diverse Global HR interventions in the space of Workforce Transformation, Skills Enablement, L&OD, Talent Management & DEI.
Shritu has also worked with Orange Business Services, and Sopra Steria.
