Before this appointment, Siddharth was associated with Sr. GM, SBU Head HR at Arvind Group.

Siddharth is a passionate and astute HR professional with over 25 years of experience in leading effective Human Resources functions, developing HR frameworks and strategies for mid & large organizations. He has gained exposure of working on various HR domains of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, L&D, Organisational Culture, Employee Engagement, HR Automations & New initiatives. Strategy planning & execution focus with demonstrated abilities in devising plans for accelerating business growth.
Siddharth has rich experience in HR and consulting across diverse sectors such as Manufacturing (Discrete & Process), Energy, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure (Airports, Railways – Metro & Mono Rail, Ports – Dry, Liquid, Container &RoRo, etc.), Projects, SEZ, Pharmaceutical, Technical Textiles, Chemicals, BPO, and Telecom.
