Siddharth Jain Joins Astral as Head - Talent Acquisition

Siddharth Jain has joined Astral as Head – Talent Acquisition.

He has confirmed this development through a social media post by stating, “I am thrilled to share the new Beginning as Head Talent Acquisition – Astral Group, Astral Limited. I wish to extend my profound gratitude to Bipul Sharma and Viral Mankodi for entrusting me with this significant responsibility and for facilitating an impeccably smooth on boarding process”.

Prior to this appointment, Siddharth was associated with Arvind Ltd. as Sr. General Manager- HR for more than five years.

Siddharth is a passionate and astute HR professional with around 26 years of experience in leading effective Human Resources functions, developing HR frameworks and strategies for mid & large organizations. Hand on exposure of working on various HR domains of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, L&D, Organisational Culture, Employee Engagement, HR Automations & New initiatives. Strategy planning & execution focus with demonstrated abilities in devising plans for accelerating business growth.

He gained rich experience in HR and consulting across diverse sectors such as Manufacturing (Discrete & Process), Energy, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure (Airports, Railways – Metro & Mono Rail, Ports – Dry, Liquid, Container & RoRo, etc.), Projects, SEZ, Pharmaceutical, Technical Textiles, Chemicals, BPO, and Telecom. Have made remarkable contributions to meet the dynamic talent needs of organizations. Expertise extends globally, having worked with both Indian & MNC companies.

Siddharth is known for pioneering & creating benchmarks. He has a proven track record in setting up Staffing Biz Operations, Talent Supply Chain Consulting, HR Business Partner (HRBP), Change Management by creating & implementing strong system & process customized for mid & large scale business.

He also  handled the talent acquisition for various business conglomerates & have headed Talent acquisition for Adani Ports & SEZ which is the Ports & Logistics, business of Adani group. He has been involved in Talent Acquisition & Management, L&D, OD, Emp. engagement & collaborative people technology and HR Governance initiatives at Adani Group

Siddharth also worked with Adani Ports and SEZ, Manpower, Randstad India and INDIA COM LIMITED.
