Shyamala Shukla has joined Suzlon Group as Senior Vice President & Head of HR – India Business.
She has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Before this appointment, Shyamala Shukla was associated with CK Birla Group as Group Vice President – Human Resources.

Shyamala Shukla is a Human Resource Leader with over 25 years of diverse industry experience (Healthcare/FMCG/Telecom) across Asia Pacific region, in complex global matrix multinational & Indian organizations and gained significant global exposure in all facets of HR Business Partnering, including Generalist HR, Talent Management (Attract, Develop & Engagement), HR Business partnering, HR Transformation, Change management, Strategic HR, Coaching & Training, Setting up HR function, Matrix Management, and HR enterprise excellence.
Shyamala Shukla has also worked with Medtronic, Stryker, Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd., Perfetti Van Melle, Dr Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd., and Bharti Enterprises.
