Shweta Shukla has joined Lenskart as Chief People Officer.
She has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Shukla is the Founder of Singapore-based The CultureGram, a platform for “honest conversations & collaboration about Culture, Leadership, Inclusion, Identity & embracing differences.”
Prior to this appointment, Shweta Shukla was associated with Netflix as Vice President, Head of Talent & Human Resources – Asia Pacific for about 5 years.

Shweta is passionate HR practitioner with 20+ years of domain experience across companies.
The last ten years of her professional life have been spent in the high tech and high growth companies that are Facebook and Netflix. At both these companies she was part of teams that were experiencing hyper growth. At Facebook she was given an opportunity to lead HR for several countries in APAC. At Netflix, she helped build the region to what it is today and managed a 50+ member talent & HR team.
Prior to Facebook and Netflix, Shweta spent the first decade of her career in building a solid foundation in HR and management principles and getting a deeper understanding of her own strengths. The organisations that she worked in like GE, HSBC and Hewitt Associates gave her the opportunity to solve problems at scale. Her consulting years with Hewitt Associates were especially helpful in honing critical thinking and problem solving skills.
