Shruti Tewari has joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. as VP – HR Transformation & Change.
She has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Prior to this appointment, Shruti Tewari was associated with Darwinbox as Region Head – West India for more than 2 years.

With around 13+ years of rich professional experience across industries in multiple HR areas including large scale HR Transformation, Operating Model and Organisation Design, HR Shared Services (HR SSC) Design and Implementation, HR Technology enablement, Performance Management, Rewards Management, Leadership Capability Building, Training and Development, Design of HR Processes and Policies, HR Due Diligence, Communication and Change Management, Shruti Tewari has also worked with EY, Aditya Birla Group and IBM India Software Labs.
Shruti has gained diverse experience through her projects with large conglomerates and leading organisations from multiple industries like Banking and Financial Services, Information Technology – Mainstream and Captives, Loyalty Management, FMCG, Telecom, Airlines, Steel & Power, Forgings, Education and Oil & Gas.
