Shreya Kejriwal joins Pilgrim as VP – HR

Shreya Kejriwal has joined  Pilgrim, a leading beauty and personal care brand as Vice President – Human Resources from jan.24.

Before this appointment, Shreya was associated with Godrej Group as General Manager – HR.

Kejriwal comes with 10 years of experience in the FMCG and tech industries. She is known for her expertise in Organization Design and Talent & Change Management.

With strong Business Partnering & Centre-of-Excellence experience in FMCG behemoths and tech organisations, she is skilled at Organization Design & Effectiveness, Total Rewards, Talent Management (including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Diversity & Inclusion, and Leadership Development), Employee Relations, and Transformation & Change Management. She has demonstrated the ability to set up people practices and has led Human Resources for India for a Fin-tech start-up. A unique combination of experience in established organizations and start-ups has enabled her to hold a progressive view of People Management and deliver in fast-paced environments.
