Shiv Rawat joins Vtrans Group as CHRO & VP - HR

He has confirmed this development through a social media post by stating,“I am thrilled to share a significant milestone in my professional journey. After an incredible 27 years with DTDC Express, I am excited to announce my transition to a new opportunity at Vtrans Group as CHRO for the group. Joining Vtrans Group presents a fresh and exciting chapter for me, filled with new challenges and growth prospects. I am eager to contribute my skills and expertise to the success of this dynamic organization.

My decision to move on from DTDC came after careful consideration, and I am grateful for the invaluable experiences and relationships cultivated during my time there. Before this appointment, Shiv served DTDC for about 27 years as Vice President and National Head of HR.

He has been recognized as the FE Influencer of the Year 23 by Financial Express, the Most Fabulous HR Leader of India by ET, and the HR Leader Award by GPTW.

His core competencies include HR systems, processes, and practices, talent management and retention, knowledge management, organizational training, and coaching skills. Shiv has developed and implemented progressive HR plans that are aligned with the company’s objectives and goals. He has also led the HR transformation and innovation project with IBM, creating new mental maps, high-performance teams, and effective communication platforms and services.
