Shikha Gupta has joined Birlasoft as Senior Director- Talent Acquisition.
She has confirmed the development through a social media post.
Prior to this appointment Shikha was associated with Syndigo as Head Talent Acquisition.

With around 19 years of rich professional experience Shikha, a HR leader with experience across a gamut of Human Resources functions in the IT sector (Product & Services) with strong background in corporate HR activities, organizational development, Shikha has demonstrated abilities in developing & streamlining systems with proven ability to enhance operational effectiveness and meet operational goals within the cost, time & quality parameters.An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills Shikha has verbal and written communication skills in French, English & Hindi.
Shikha has also worked with Winwire Technologies, Wipro, OnMobile, Tally Solutions, First Consulting Group, Oracle India and NIIT.
