In his present role, Sharad will be responsible for building a strong & sustainable Leadership Pipeline for exponential growth and creating a high performance culture for Growth, Change and Transformation to support business by establishing world Class benchmark at People Processes and Employees Experiences with focused approach towards Employee Life Cycle Management, Human Resource Policy & Design, Learning & Development, HR Strategy & Deployment, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding Initiatives and Enhancing Employees Engagement.

Prior to this appointment, He was associated with ANDRITZ as Vice President & Corporate Head-Human Resources for than six years.
Having more than 20 years of rich professional experience, Sharad core strengths are stake holders relationship & change management while driving business strategy towards set targets. Statutory & regulatory problem solver accomplishes responsibilities successfully. Highly energetic, concept oriented with strong follow up skills with a sense of positive urgency.
He has also worked with Good year, Moser Baer, Vedanta Resources and Continental Engines.
